My weekend trip to Bartlett, Tenn., for a ladies day gave me an opportunity to spend time with my dearest friend from high school, Jean Ann. After the ladies day, we spent some time exploring nearby Memphis. I enjoyed seeing the lovely homes of Chickasaw Gardens and thought you might enjoy glimpses of this neighborhood, which is located near the University of Memphis.
Tomorrow, come along for a colorful stroll through the Germantown Festival in nearby Germantown, Tenn.

Such beautiful homes. I love how they are all different. Not like the cookie cutter ones in my neighborhood!
What a gorgeous neighborhood! Thanks for the tour!
Such memories. I recognize a few of those beautiful homes! My in-laws almost purchased a home in Chickasaw Gardens, but settled elsewhere in the city. However, we always took our young son to Chickasaw Gardens to feed the ducks and geese. I am glad you enjoyed your trip to Memphis and Germantown. The city and its people hold a very special place in my heart.
