A Stroll Through Callaway Gardens

"I love spring anywhere, but if I could choose I would always greet it in a garden." ~ Ruth Stout

The girls and I enjoyed a quick girls getaway to Callaway Gardens in Pine Mountain, Ga., to kick off spring break. We enjoyed a perfect spring day roaming the gardens, and I took so many photos that before we left I was literally having to delete photos from my SD card to capture any more images. Please join Emma, Mary Ashley and me for a stroll through this beautiful Georgia garden resort.

The year's at the spring
And day's at the morn;
Morning's at seven;
The hillside's dew-pearled;
The lark's on the wing;
The snail's on the thorn;
God's in his heaven --
All's right with the world!

We are going through a bit of a rough time right now due to the European recession which has hit us too, so I was a bit depressed, but these photos make me feel so much better! The joy on those beautiful faces.. Emma reminds me of my niece a couple of years ago. And those blossoms, beautiful!
You are a true inspiration..thank you for that!
Kind regards, Mariel
