A Book for a Balle-reader

I hope our preschool friend Gracie will think this birthday book is worth a pirhouette. Chasing Degas by Eva Montanari follows a little ballerina through the streets of Paris after Monsieur Degas accidently takes her ballet bag from her final rehearsal before the big recital.

In the quest to find Degas, young readers discover the world of impressionism as the little ballerina encounters painters who were contemporaries of Degas.

Chasing Degas is certain to catch the interest of little ballerinas, artists and dreamers.
