Each little girl at our Mother-Daughter-Dolly tea party found a hanger on her plate. I found sweet wooden doll hangers here
and decorated them with fabric and ribbon. Leftover fabric from our invitations and the party dresses I made for Mary Ashley and Emma worked well for this project. To make hangers like the ones pictured, adhere fusible web
to fabric according to package directions. Before removing the paper backing, trace the hangers with a pencil. Cut out the fabric, and make sure the fabric pieces fit. Trim if necessary, then peel the paper backing. I also love the doll hanger tutorial. Next July for my granddaughter's 5th birthday we are making a road trip with her girl cousins to The American Girl store and then will be following up with an "princess, doll and tea party birthday celebration. This will make such a sweet addition. Thanks as always for sharing you wonderful party ideas.
