I found this pretty cookbook on a recent trip to Borders Bookstore and couldn't resist picking up a copy for you. Yesterday's post featured a recipe from Perfect Cupcakes, Cookies & Muffins. I have enjoyed thumbing through this book and found several recipes I would like to try. I love cookbooks that include photos of every recipe, and this one delivers with full-color images of recipes like pound cake cupcakes with lemon-lime glaze, chocolate truffle cupcakes and ginger pear cupcakes. Along with a number of tempting cupcake recipes, you will also find an inspiring assortment of cookie and muffin recipes worth trying.
When you find the perfect recipe to try, of course, you will need some pretty little cupcake liners. So this box of cake shop petite liners from Meri Meri will be perfect for baking up something wonderful.

Loved your cupcake party. My son and his family of sweet little women have given me two cupcaake books; yet I've not seen the one that you are sharing. They always inscribe all books to me and one says"we look forward to eating all your practising" and one says with love and hope for cupcakes. They also gave me a cupcake stand. I saw the sweet little covered stands and my diabetic husband said he would purchase me 12 if I would keep them filled. My family loves cupcakes just like yours does.

What a breath of fresh air you are. A dear friend of mine sent me your blog and I have been captivated. I am a southern girl down to my magnolia roots and and have recently been transplanted from Georgia to a state that doesn't appreciate sweet tea, monograms, smocking or magnolia blooms at Christmas. My list could go on but I am trying to be thankful and not have a complaining spirit! What a darling party! I have a little girl (after 4 boys) who is now one year old and I know I will love getting inspiration from your posts. We homeschool, so there is no way I can do all you do ... but at least I can try to make some events a little extra special!
