Potty Talk

When I voted on my friend Allison's recent blog poll that I don't enjoy bathroom humor, I didn't think about my little princess on the throne. Two-year-old Emma was in and out of the bath last night trying to go potty for the first time. She is so close! I got this clip of her looking at books, excited to realize that princesses go potty too. So, Allison, I guess I would have to admit that I do, in fact, enjoy a little potty talk after all.

Okay, you know I don't usually watch videos on blogs...but I did watch this one. That was the sweetest potty talk I've heard in a long time!! Princesses can inspire anyone to go potty! :-)

Of course princesses go potty. After all, why do they call that beautiful chair "the throne"?

Of course princesses go potty! That fancy chair that the queen sits in is, after all, called "the throne." Go, Emma!

I know this comment is from April but wanted to let you know that I just showed my 2yr. old daughter who is not to fond of anything that has to do with the potty.

Between cloth diapers, and her usual size 5 dispossie diapers,...along with of course the swim diapers I have almost given up.

Well your daughter's princess potty talk video might have struck the right chord with our little girl. Princess books might be the key that I have not tried before.

Thank you!
