R2-D2 Cake

For his Star Wars birthday party, I surprised Christian with an R2-D2 cake made by stacking four 6-inch round cake layers and a half-ball cake. Wooden dowels inserted into the cake and Rice Krispy treat arms added extra support. A plastic prism inserted into R2-D2's head finished the design. Yum!
