Little Ballerinas

Four-year-old Mary Ashley was tickled pink to have her little sister watch her in ballet class this week.

Two-year-old Emma insisted on wearing a tutu to Mary Ashley's class. She wanted so much to participate!

And as it turns out, Emma did get her first ballet lesson after all.

I love my prima ballerinas!

Ahhh, just DARLING!! I can't wait for all this dance "stuff"!! I'm sure Mary Ashley is a great teacher. I've never thought your girls look that much alike until that last picture. They really do there! Love the ponyails too! :-)

Lily has those same Cinderella "glass" slippers. Did you get them at Disney world?

Oh my goodness Melissa. I can only imagine how your heart must melt when you see them like this. I have one boy and he alone makes me sing inside but I know I would adore seeing him with a sibling too. They are beautiful!!!!!

We love your ballerinas, too, Melissa! What precious, precious girls. These pictures are some of the cutest I've ever seen. Look at their faces! And I love the one of Mary Ashley giving Emma ballet lessons. Look at their little feet and hands. Just adorable! Melissa, this is a book in the making. Truly.

Happy Wednesday,

Sheila... who can't wait for Emma to be big enough to take classes, too! :-)

Loved seeing the girls yesterday at Ms. GiGi's and we especially loved Emma's shoes!

Those little "dancing dolls" are so cute at this age. Taylor did not want to participate at first but she got a little help from one of her friends and finally got into "putting on a show".

Hugs!
Judy

What a treasured photo of the two - the older teaching the younger.

Just love it. Love it all.

Melissa, they are gorgeous and so sweet to each other too. I honestly think my girls get along better now that they are older though. I am sure you cherish these sweet moments!

Such cuties! Some days I think I miss girly things, having one boy, but then there's that unanticipated blog bonus - everyone else's girly girls and their tutus!

Thanks for coming by MA on my BATW day!

Awwwh, they really are gorgeous girls and really touching pictures. They remind me of myself & my baby sister -- of course, she's 21 now and I live 8 hours away, but she's always a dimple-cheeked kid in my mind :]

those pictures of your girls are stunning and so precious...the love and bond between siblings is amazing sometimes. and i think that sometimes as we get a little older, we forget that---that is why GOd gave us parents the privelage of raising children (to remmind us of all that goodness!)
