I want to make stuff this pretty!! For now my cards are the closest that I can get. I will have to do stuff like this when there is more time and money ;)

Thank you so much for sharing everything that you do!

Once again, you amaze me! Who would have ever thought to put all of those things into a box, a beautiful one at that? Did you decoupage it?

Hi, your blog has become a new favorite of mine.

I have a question. How did you pack the soup?

Thanks!

i bet the teachers compete pretty ferociously to get your children in their classes :) these boxes are the most considerate gifts ever!

Thanks, everyone, for the sweet compliments. Angie, the best I could come up with for the soup was square-shaped disposable plastic containers that fit in the box. But I wrapped them in a fat ribbon, tied a bow, and slipped a pretty notecard under the ribbon. I had so many little things to place in this basket that the soup bowls were completely covered over by the time I had packed everything in. And I found the pretty lunchbox marked down to $4 at Homegoods, a new favorite store!

I had a brunch this past Saturday at my house and one of the ladies that came brought those pumpkin muffins. She got them off of your blog by going through Laurie's site. THEY WERE DELICIOUS!!! Ginny

yep, they fight over you at the end of each summer. round about the time class lists are made. "I want her child this year! You had of hers LAST YEAR!" "No, I want her. I'm new to this school and I need some pampering." "Forget it ladies, I'm getting her child because I prayed for it." Yep, been there, done that. You're the one most fought over. And with good reason!
