Cinderella Tea Party

Once upon a time, there was a beautiful little girl named Emma who dreamed of becoming a princess. Her third birthday was a magical celebration for Emma and her friends. The little girls shared tea with a special guest and learned that they are true princesses.

The Royal Invitations

Invitations printed on vellum and layered over a photo of Emma invited guests to a Cinderella tea party.

Hear Ye, Hear Ye, Calling Princesses one and all,

It's a Cinderella party and we're going to have a ball!

Please dress up like a princess and come to our castle for tea.

It's a royal celebration because Cinderemma is 3!

The Banquet Hall

The castle was fit for a princess with soft pink roses and royal touches everywhere.

Cinderemma loved her princess cake, chocolate with buttercream icing. I'll be sharing decor, menu and favor ideas throughout the week, so please come back daily to see all the fun!

Melissa - can I just say that every time I come here, I just want to cozy up and move in? I love my mothering, but you just put that extra capital M in Marvelous Mothering. The tradition of the birthday is something we love, it's the getting around to beautiful parties that don't happen here...hee hee, but my son once had the best ever Krispy Kreme donut cake. I just took 2 dozen and stacked them in a great "castle" around the plate and frosted it...yes, I did. They loved it. :)

Visiting your blog is better than visiting an art museum. The colors, the creations, the coordinating...it all is something I find myself looking forward to, with each and everyone of your posts. The love and care you put into it comes shining through. Your children are so fortunate to have "you"!

I LOVE Emma's dress! My granddaughter (now 6) would have loved that during her princess years, which are just ending. I so would have bought her one like that! Looks like all the little princesses had a royal time!

I just have to tell you, your blog is like candy to my eyes! I have 3boys and 1 girl and I don't get very much of the girlie stuff. I love "girl" colors. Don't get me wrong, I love my boys, but having a girl has made my world colorful. Your family is beautiful.
