Happy birthday, my sweet boy! I cannot believe that you have been in my life for 10 years now. You are such a blessing to me, Carson, and I am so proud of you.
When I look at you, I still see flashes of the baby I carried and the little boy I played with.
But then I blink my eyes, and I am astonished to see how far you have come in these 10 years. And I know that you will keep climbing higher each day. My favorite Bible verse, Jeremiah 29:11, has special meaning for me as your mother: " 'For I know the plans I have for you,' declares the LORD, 'plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.' " I feel so privileged to walk beside you during these years, watching God's unfolding plans for your life. Never stop dreaming, reaching and aspiring. Climb as high as you can, but hold fast to your faith always. I love you, my son.

I love that last pic where he is looking down...that is one of the neatest pics I have seen for awhile. Your photography skills make me itch to start snapping!
