Look Who's Getting Fancy

With a monogrammed cake for her Fancy Nancy party ...

Little Grace Hankins, the tiny ballerina in the center. Grace's mommy, known to my children as Miss Gigi, is Carson's fourth-grade teacher and Mary Ashley and Emma's ballet teacher. Since Gigi uses all her creative gifts to bless my children, it was a treat to do something special for her family.

I hope they will enjoy this tiered cake with rosebuds and leaves in a Fancy Nancy approved pink-and-green color scheme. As my own Fancy Nancy, Mary Ashley, would say, "Ooh-la-la!"

Happy Birthday, Grace! Have fun being fancy!

The cake is amazing....I check your site everyday and have it on my blog list.

Don't forget to stop by my blog again. I am going to have a "card box" giveaway every month. This drawing will be the last day of April.
Every comment you leave throughout the month will enter your name in the drawing, so if you visit several times and leave several comments, you will have a better chance to win.

This NEW blogger was so touched by all the comments I got on the Blog Party, that I decided to make this a monthly GIFT...
Also, if you link to my blog telling about the monthly giveaway, you will have your name entered 10 extra times...How is that for an incentive?
I was so blown away by all the responses that I wanted to email each person personally, but TIME... just has not permitted..but I did love reading all of them..

I am continuing to introduce my family members and then there will be some fun blogs coming up from Disney World in May. I am so thankful for all my new friends.

Hi Melissa,
Your FANCY NANCY cake is divine! I love it - the pink and green are perfect! You are truly gifted. Did you take classes to learn to decorate these gorgeous cakes or did you teach yourself? I viewed all your cakes linked to your sidebar and I am very impressed.

Alisa, I took Wilton cake decorating classes as a newlywed. They were a lot of fun, and my co-workers loved having cake in the break room every week!
