Birthday Boutique Chic

For my niece's first birthday party, guests were invited to the grand opening of Kadence's Birthday Boutique. My sister-in-law Shana chose a vibrant color scheme of hot pink and black for the party with trendy tableware from Hobby Lobby. We used ribbon liberally throughout the decor and further personalized the space with monograms. Vinyl monograms added a pop of style to helium balloons, while a printed monogram dressed up an empty frame.

Nathan's photography added style to Kadence's birthday invitation and served as decoration at the party. Dress forms added boutique chic, and pink and white Gerber daisies completed the look.

What's in store at Kadence's Birthday Boutique? Tomorrow will be picture perfect, and Friday promises to be sweet!

What a cute idea to monogram balloons. Where do you get these monograms?

Julie, I cut the vinyl monograms with a friend's Cricut. You can find vinyl in craft stores, or in the craft section at Wal-Mart. To use a Cricut for cutting vinyl, adjust all the settings to 3. Then simply peel the letters and apply them to the balloons. They look really cute and customized!

Very adorable set up. I't amazing what you can do with a few things from the Dollar Tree and Michaels!

It can't work as a matter of fact, that is what I consider.
