Shana adapted this recipe for butterscotch cookies to make a strawberry version. These made sweet favors for guests at Kadence's party.
Strawberry Cookies
1 package strawberry cake mix
1/2 cup cooking oil
2 tablespoons water
2 eggs
3/4 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips.
Blend cake mix, oil, water and eggs. Stir in chocolate and white chocolate chips. Drop from a teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 10 minutes. Cool on a cookie sheet for about 1 minute, then remove to paper towels to finish cooking. Yields about 35 cookies.
